Given the notorious schedule that we all are in , it becomes imperative for a proper work-life balance. What better a balance can be then to manage with and family. The biggest gift that we can give our families are our personal health & well being. The more fit we are , the better we can take care of our families.

 

The most important and step 1 to one's personal well being is to stay conscious of the same. Coupled with eating in moderation , frequent short walks in a day ,  measuring the same on smart watch to notch up atleast 350K cal burning of the calories , proper sleep and meditation,  is all it takes up. 

 

Be conscious & Stay in shape , that's the best gift you can give to your family !

Nicely put. Need to break the perception that building muscles in gym is the only way of staying fit and healthy. It is absolutely achievable by everyone…all that’s needed is dedication and discipline.
